Auburn Hills Library Receives Library of Congress Donation
TROY, Mich. – Today, U.S. Representative Dave Trott (MI-11) presented a donation of books to the Auburn Hills Public Library, obtained through the U.S. Library of Congress’ Surplus Book Program. Rep. Trott presented children’s and young adult books to add to the library’s collection.
“Auburn Hills Public Library is a place of life-long learning. Of course, it boasts a vast collection of books for all ages, but furthermore it is a library of the 21st century,” said Rep. Trott after his visit. “From eBooks to social media and animation classes, this focal point of our community promotes literacy and learning while enhancing the quality of life of the over 20,000 residents it serves.”
